My Maiden Egg Tarts 初次蛋挞

这次做蛋挞是无心插柳,柳成荫的成果。
挞皮捏得不好,有的薄,有的厚。但是味道很不错。
其实,挞皮是做黄梨挞剩下的面团。
为了避免浪费,就想点子来使用面团。
刚好抄下黑妈妈的祖传蛋挞食谱,就将计就计地做起蛋挞来。
这就是我的初次蛋挞。做的不好,请别见笑。:-)

  2. I didn't expect the filling to come out with such results. Feel 安慰 :-) The recipe stated in 黑妈妈blog will yield about 35 tarts. So if u don't want to have so many tarts, just do some division work. B-) Hope your tarts will be very good...
