笑口黑糖发糕 Smiling Brown Sugar Huat Kueh

发糕是华人在喜庆节日时,摆在神台上的糕点。但自己做来试试吃,也有一番风味。:-)

从没自己动手调配材料来做过发糕。之前做的都是买调好的发糕粉,这次在网上找到一个材料简单的发糕食谱,便做来试一试。效果还不错,还“发”得挺好的。做发糕最重要是要“发”,不“发”的话就不是好意头了。食谱是从这里取得的,谢谢妮可斯的分享。妮可斯说,要发糕“发”的好,一定要用比较硬质地的松饼杯子(muffin cases),如果用较薄的纸杯,就不能“发”得漂亮了。看这里

  3. You are so right... I now planning holidays workshops for them, if not they will waste the whole holiday away as I do not know how to teach. Otherwise, I shd be busy with the usual routine and settling quarrels and dispute hahahaha

  4. in fact, can do a lot of things during holidays. fun and enriching ones. no need to stuff evyday with too many academic learning. 会弄巧反拙的. A student of mine, his dad plans an English enrichment program for him in British Council. He must go EVERYDAY for straight 4 hours to study English. Oh my! How to enjoy holiday like this?
