銅鑼焼きDorayaki

小时候,有一个卡通片是我喜欢看的,那就是“小叮当”,也就是Doraemon哆拉A梦。据说这个卡通人物(其实是一只机器猫)很喜欢吃“銅鑼焼き”。

铜锣烧的小知识:
铜锣烧,又叫黄金饼,因为是由两块象铜锣一样的饼合起来的,故而得名铜锣烧。是一种烤制面皮、内置红豆沙夹心的甜点,也是日本的传统糕点。日本卡通人物哆啦A梦和哆啦七小子的最爱食品。 日文写法:どら焼き、ドラ焼き、铜锣焼き。罗马拼音: do ra ya ki

前天,我看到Esther(x3Baking)做了铜锣烧,看起来好好吃哦,所以我也有样学样地做起这个我最爱的卡通人物爱吃的小食。其实不难做,只是在控制火候方面还要下点儿功夫。有好几片的饼皮颜色不均匀,呜呜呜,难看死了。

Even my mum who doesn't like such snacks gobbled down 2 in a go. *.* I shd hv mashed the red beans a little to become paste. Next time must remember.
