鲜虾水饺汤面&黑木耳香菇蒸鸡

冰箱里的碎猪肉已“躺了”一段时间,是时候派上用场了~就来个鲜虾水饺吧!这次我还在馅料里加入了马蹄肉青葱来增加口感,马蹄肉也使水饺更鲜甜,咬下去很爽脆哦!

汤底呢,我是用了干贝或广东人说的瑶柱来熬,效果“非同凡响”。我说“非同凡响”是因为我的另一半连续吃了7个水饺,把汤也喝光了。我从来没看他这样吃过。哈~他说他会这样“失态”,全因为我惹的祸。干我何事呀?是他自己贪吃嘛,还赖到我头上来!:-P
除了水饺,我还蒸了一道鸡肉来配,这道黑木耳香菇蒸鸡是我第一次烹制,成品还真不赖(哎哟,快变老黄了)。
(照片出来的效果有点朦胧,唉只怪自己摄影技术超烂!)

我把切下来的菜头浸在水里,看看,很漂亮吧,好像朵朵玫瑰花。我看过有些人还用这些菜头来作画,把菜头轻轻压在颜料里,然后印在画纸上,就成了一副美丽的图画。

    Bingo! They are my favourite too. These dumplings are yummy yet so simple to make. I can just have them on its own without noodles or rice. :-)

    Indeed, vegetables even fruits have their own way of showing off their beauty. But sad to say, most of the time, we just don't pay much attention to them ...
